Most recently, I served as the managing editor for a series of hyper-local print lifestyles magazines covering neighborhoods and towns in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I worked as a freelance research editor for The New York Times for eleven years —at T: The New York Times Style Magazine from January 2014 through February 2020, and at The New York Times Magazine from December 2015 through November 2024. A full magazine issue I edited with stories about a restaurant that's a tribute to Pennsylvania Dutch cooking, Philly Fashion Week, a Fishtown mural made by a talented teenage artist and aspiring chef, and a business that helps people with disabilities and special needs lead independent and self-determined lives.
