Most recently, I served as the managing editor for a series of hyper-local print lifestyles magazines covering neighborhoods and towns in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I worked as a freelance research editor for The New York Times for eleven years —at T: The New York Times Style Magazine from January 2014 through February 2020, and at The New York Times Magazine from December 2015 through November 2024. A full magazine issue I edited with stories about a studio where a designer offers sewing lessons and creates custom dresses, a pop-up collaboration between two acclaimed cocktail bars (R & D and Almanac), a muralist who turned crisis into creation, and Bastia, a highly touted restaurant that blends Corsican and Sardinian food.
